Tasting Notes: Nose: spiced maple – the rye gives a good balance for the added sweetness from the syrup, candied orange, clove, black tea.

Taste: mirrors the nose but with more maple, rye spice is softened, clove, nutmeg, touch of floral tea with the maple coming back.

Finish: long finish, the spice of the rye whiskey works very well with the maple giving it a maple candy profile with citrus, vanilla, and rye bread.
