The palate is plum skin, raw vanilla, white chocolate covered pretzels, leather, barrel char, hints of smoke, ground pepper, cinnamon, and lingering oak.

Long leathery finish with lingering notes of baking spice and ground pepper. 

About: Premier Drams was born from the expertise of Bill Thomas. Bill is the owner and whiskey curator of the legendary Jack Rose Dining Saloon in Washington DC.
